What are the jamming rates at Ku Studio?
Standard jamming is RM 60 / hour. During monthly promos (for example the August campaign), the special rate is RM 50 / hour for practice slots of 2 hours or more. Pay cash, DuitNow QR, or bank transfer.
How do I book a slot?
For studion jamming, book a slot, pick a date and hours, then send your band details. We'll confirm on WhatsApp. The slot isn't yours until then.
For recording, LAR, PA, coaching, and anything else, WhatsApp us!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Jam bookings need a 50% deposit of the session total. Podcast and recording (LAR / RAW) bookings need a flat RM50 deposit. We'll confirm how to pay on WhatsApp. The rest is due when you arrive.
Can I bring my own gear?
Yes. Pedalboard, favourite cymbals, snare, or guitar are welcome. Pro cables and DI boxes are here.
Can I get multitrack files (stems) to mix myself?
Yes. For every LAR session we can share individual WAV stems (drums, bass, guitars, vocals) on Google Drive so your engineer or even you can do the final mix your way.
Does Ku Studio rent a PA system for outdoor events?
Yes. We offer PA hire packages, acoustic drum kits, stage amps, and an experienced sound engineer for weddings, corporate events, school/university concerts, and community gigs around Kajang, Bangi, Cheras, Putrajaya, and Cyberjaya.
Do you offer music coaching for corporate bands?
Yes. We train corporate and recreation-club bands for annual dinners, inter-department Battle of the Bands, and music-based team building.
